Breakfast
An excellent complimentary breakfast is served all days from 7:30 – 9:30 am. The ingredients are bought in the Santiago Market. Our chef magically turns this into a delicious breakfast with tropical fruits, fresh pressed juice and a Yucatan style main dish. Additional we serve homemade bread and fresh Mexican coffee or tea. We welcome vegetarians and vegans. Please let us know your meal preference so we can provide you plenty of irresistible breakfast options.
Lunch & Dinner
Try It! The environment is very pleasant, our chefs are dedicated to serving excellent dishes, the ingredients are well selected and all food is cooked fresh! There is a small, but well chosen selection of wine and crafts beer available. We are very sorry, but for now, only available for guests at Merida Santiago…
Social Time
One of the hits of hotel Merida Santiago! You are invited to try some local drinks and botanas (snacks) as courtesy of your hosts. It is an excellent way to meet other guests and make some new friends, have some interesting conversations, and get the latest tips for exploring Yucatan and Merida.
